Vinnie Needs A Hospice Foster [GBF PC Pound Puppy of the Week]

Vinnie is a special little guy looking for a place that he can live out his days. PC Pound Puppies describe Vinnie as "a perpetually happy boy" and say he loves his bed and other dogs too. He is in need of a hospice foster. This means he needs somewhere that he can live out his remaining days knowing what it's like to be loved and cared for.
