Suspension Issue Forces Ford to Recall More than 1 Million SUVs
Ford has issued a recall for 1.2 million Explorers. An issue in the rear suspension involving the "rear toe link" could cause difficulty in steering and could result in an accident. The recall impacts Explorer model years 2011 - 2017 that were manufactured at the Ford plant in Chicago. If you have a vehicle that is impacted by the recall, you are encouraged to contact your local Ford dealer to schedule a repair.
