Enjoy Live Comedy While Supporting St. Jude

A night of live music, comedy, and yummy food is coming to Evansville this Labor Day weekend, and every dollar raised will help support the lifesaving work of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

We have once again partnered with Pat Coslett's Simplicity Furniture to host a special fundraiser on Saturday, September 5, featuring both local and national entertainment, delicious food, and plenty of laughs for a great cause.

An Evening of Music and Comedy

The event kicks off with live music from Ben Dalquist, who takes the stage at 6:30 p.m., followed by Tri-State comedian Clint Hall.

Then, at 8 p.m., America's No. 1 Comedy Entertainer, Mr. Showtime David Scott, will headline the evening with a comedy performance designed to keep audiences laughing.

Doors at Pat Coslett's Simplicity Furniture, located at 1309 N. Green River Road, will open at 5:30 p.m., giving guests plenty of time to grab a bite, enjoy a drink, and settle in before the entertainment begins.

Food, Drinks, and Fun

Bodine's Newstand food truck will be on site serving its popular menu, including its signature Fish & Chips and burgers.

Guests ages 21 and older can enjoy beer and wine from the cash bar throughout the evening.

The event is open to guests 16 and older, making it a great option for older teens and adults looking for a fun night out while supporting an important cause.

There will also be a live auction featuring an "at-home visit from Santa," a recliner from Simplicity Furniture, and more.

Every Dollar Benefits St. Jude

Admission for the event is just $20 at the door, and every penny raised will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. There will be no advance tickets sold for this event.

For decades, St. Jude has led the way in treating childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases while ensuring families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food.

That means every ticket purchased for this event helps support children and families facing some of life's toughest challenges.
