River City Pride Opens Vendor And Food Truck Applications For 2026 Festival
River City Pride is already looking ahead to summer, and if last year is any indication, the 2026 Pride Parade & Festival is shaping up to be one of the biggest yet.
Organizers with River City Pride have officially opened applications for vendors, nonprofits, and food trucks interested in participating in the 2026 Pride Parade and Festival, set for Saturday, June 6, in Evansville.
A Bigger Than Ever Pride Celebration
According to River City Pride, last year’s festival welcomed an estimated 12,000 guests to downtown Evansville. This year, organizers say they expect the crowd to be even larger as the event continues to grow in both size and community impact.
The Pride Festival is designed to be a vibrant, welcoming space that celebrates and uplifts the LGBTQIA+ community while bringing together allies, families, and supporters from across the Tri-State.

Who Should Apply To Be A Vendor
River City Pride is encouraging a wide range of participants to apply, including food trucks, artists, makers, nonprofit organizations, and local businesses. Vendors play a key role in shaping the festival atmosphere and helping create a day that feels inclusive, joyful, and community-driven.
Nonprofit organizations are welcome and may qualify for free participation with valid federal and state tax identification numbers.
