We’re Sending You to Evansville’s Biggest Pop Culture Weekend

Cosplayers, collectors, gamers, wrestling fans, and pop culture lovers are getting ready to take over downtown Evansville for an entire weekend of fun.

Evansville Raptor Con returns to the Old National Events Plaza on Saturday, September 12, and Sunday, September 13, bringing two days of comics, collectibles, anime, gaming, artwork, celebrity guests, and some seriously impressive costumes.

And we've got your chance to experience it for FREE.

Two Days of Pop Culture in Downtown Evansville

Raptor Con has grown into a huge weekend for fans across the Tri-State, with plenty to explore whether you're hunting for something to add to your collection, hoping to meet a celebrity guest, or just want to see what everyone is wearing.

The convention takes place at Old National Events Plaza, 715 Locust Street in Evansville.

Hours for 2026 are:

• Saturday, September 12: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Sunday, September 13: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Kids and First Responders Can Attend Free

Raptor Con is also keeping the weekend family-friendly.

Children ages 10 and younger receive free admission with an adult ticket, with up to two free children's admissions allowed per adult ticket.

Active and retired members of the military, firefighters, EMTs, and sworn police officers can also receive free admission with valid identification.

Tickets can be purchased online in advance. If you're planning to buy tickets at the door, remember that door sales are cash only.
