Travis has the very best smile! He looks like he is perpetually happy and is going to make someone a wonderful forever best friend. He is about 3 years old and weighs in at 70 pounds and his adoption has been sponsored. Here's what PC Pound Puppies say about Travis:

Travis has an overwhelmingly happy face that he wears all the time. He is a super friendly guy who needs a home that will meet his exercise needs while also using firm, consistent boundaries to keep him from getting over stimulated. The reward will be a loving, spunky, loyal pooch with a love of exploration, frisbee catching and licking food off the floor. We believe he is housetrained and has been tested with dogs and he did great but does not like cats. Sound like your kind of buddy? His adoption has been sponsored which means he will be sent home with a supply of heartworm, flea and tick prevention as well as food, all worth $150. He is ready for a two week adoption trial if you fill out an application and are approved.

The PC Pound Puppies adoption fee is $150 which goes to cover a portion of the vetting costs. In this case, Travis's adoption has been sponsored. If you're interested in adding this pup to your family, you can fill out an adoption application here.  The adoption process does require a completed application as well as an interview. See more adoptable dogs from PC Pound Puppies here and be sure to follow them on Facebook for the latest news and upcoming events. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, their weekly adoption events on Sundays at the Pet Food Center on First Avenue in Evansville have been cancelled for the foreseeable future.

You can get in touch with PC Pound Puppies by email at pcpoundpuppies1@gmail.com or by phone at 812-483-4341. They do respond to inquiries and adoption applications at the earliest opportunity, but please remember to be be patient as they are volunteers who all work full-time jobs. They always do their best to return messages and schedule adoption interviews within a couple of days of receiving your application. Again, you can submit an application here.
