The hit show, American Pickers, will be hitting the Indiana roads in search of your treasures once again.

I'm sure we all have stuff sitting around our house that we often wonder how valuable it really is. Maybe it's something passed down from generation to generation, or perhaps it's a collectible toy you have had for years, just sitting around the house. You've been holding on to these objects for quite some time, thinking that it could be worth something one day. Well, that day may be coming this July, as the crew from the popular History Channel reality show American Pickers has announced it will return to Indiana in its endless quest to find hidden treasures.

Since January 2010, Mike Wolfe has crisscrossed the country in search of relics from days gone by that have been stashed in homes, barns, garages, or wherever he can refurbish and sell at his antique shop or keep in his personal collection. He started his journey on the show with his fellow picker, Frank Fritz. Now, Mike has his brother, Robbie Wolfe, alongside him searching for rare and valuable items that folks like you and I have been holding onto.

American Pickers Coming to Indiana

In a recent Facebook Post, it was announced that the show would be returning to Indiana in search of rare and historical treasures ahead of planned filming in October 2026.

If you or someone you know has a private and large collection, they need to know. You might want to rummage through your home, shed, or barn to see if you have any valuables lying around that they might want. Share this with your friends too, so they know to get ahold of American Pickers to come by and make an offer. Take a look at the post below to see some of the items the Pickers are in search for:

People who believe they have a collection or item that may interest the program can submit information directly to the production team. The crew asks interested individuals to provide a name, phone number, location, and a description of the collection, along with photographs.

Submissions can be sent to americanpickers@cineflix.com or by calling (646) 493-2184.

KEEP READING: 40 Real Indiana Towns with Quirky, Weird, and Funny Names

Outside the major cities, the Hoosier state is full of tiny little towns you've probably passed through on your way to one of those cities. Most of them are likely 100 to 150 years old, or older, and have been around far longer than the large metropolitan areas such as Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, South Bend, and Evansville. Typically, they were started by early settlers who found their way to the state and decided to make it home. Eventually, others would join them, and a community was formed. Over time, as the surrounding areas grew, most of them were folded into those areas and governed by the nearest city or county's governing body officially making them "unincorporated," meaning they did not have their own formally organized municipal government.

A scroll through Wikipedia's long list of unincorporated communities in Indiana shows several of them have names that by today's standards would be considered weird, quirky, or just downright right funny. These are my 40 favorities.
