It was just announced that Everclear, Hoobastank, Living Colour & Wheatus will be performing at the Victory Theater for the 2021 Summerland Tour for a 103GBF Damn Loud Rock Show and this 90's kid is stoked!

Everclear has announced that their Summerland Tour will return in 2021, with none other than Living Colour, Hoobastank & Wheatus on the bill. My inner, angsty teenager could not be more excited for this show!

I really hope this is the first of many shows coming to Evansville in 2021 as more and more people get vaccinated, venues begin reopening and bands start touring. It seems like it's been forever since we've had a rock show in Evansville. That may be because it has literally been more than a year now. Our last show was February 3, 2020 when Korn & Breaking Benjamin came to town. Let's just say, it's been a long time and we need a live music fix!

According to a press release,

“After personally fighting Covid—19 for two months and managing the lingering symptoms, I’m so grateful that the numbers are going down, the vaccines are going up, and that we’re getting the chance to tour the U.S. again. I couldn’t be more proud of this year’s lineup of legendary alternative bands,” says Everclear frontman and Summerland Tour founder, Art Alexakis. “Living Colour, Hoobastank, and Wheatus have always been personal favorites of mine and I am so excited to share the stage with them this summer. I speak for the whole tour when I say we’re absolutely thrilled and grateful to get back out on the road and perform live again for our fans, friends, and family.”

The Summerland Tour with Everclear, Hoobastank, Living Colour & Wheatus will begin in July and will include a stop at Evansville's own, Victory Theatre on July 28, 2021. Tickets for this 103GBF Damn Loud Rock Show are on sale now at Ford Center Box Office or through Ticketmaster.

Ratings are based on six categories: affordability, weather, safety, economy, education and health, and quality of life. The cities ranged in population from 10,000 to 150,000, but they had to have at least one local beach listed on TripAdvisor. Read the full methodology here. From those rankings, we selected the top 50. Readers who live in California and Florida will be unsurprised to learn that many of towns featured here are in one of those two states.
