Donut Festival Coming March 17th to Evansville Coliseum
Donut miss out!!! Evansville's first ever Donut Festival gets underway at the Evansville Coliseum Saturday, March 17th. With samplings of both donuts and coffee, it promises to be a lot of fun for the whole family and all of the proceeds are are going to a great cause too - building the Stoplight City playground on the west side and the new Kids Kingdom 2 playground in downtown.
This family friendly event will feature:
- Doughnuts, donut burgers, and other deliciousness from the Tristate's top breakfast eateries, local bakeries, and coffee shops
- Evansville's Best contest
- Doughnut eating contest
- Evansville's largest Long John (10 foot in length)
- Doughnut themed fun
- Adult beverages including: Bloody Mary bar, Mimosa bar
In partnership with the Evansville Police Department, Franklin Street Events Association, and EvansvilleEvents.com, the event will take place from 9am-1pm on Saturday, March 17th at the Veteran's Memorial Coliseum located at 300 Court Street in downtown Evansville. Not only will you have the chance to sample donuts and coffee but you can vote for your favorites too!
