It's like hibachi ice cream. It's amazing!

I know you might read "hibachi ice cream" and think "Ew..." But that's the only way I can think to describe it.

When you go to a hibachi grill, there's a giant hot counter, and they put all the food on there and prepare it in front of you in really cool ways.

That's what this is, except the counter is freezing cold, and it's ice cream.
