Check Out This WTF Confusing Trailer For Wrong

A story about a man and his dog and....I just don't know what the hell.

Don't get me wrong this movie looks really interesting and like it could be really funny, I just don't know how to describe it. The trailer doesn't help explain it much either, but I think that's the point? If you've ever seen the movie RUBBER (about a serial killing road tire) it's the same director as that and I loved that film, so I have hopes for this one. What do you think?
