UPDATE: (Feb. 9, 2023) The Blue Ridge Rock Festival continues to add more performers en route to filling out a 144-act lineup for this year. Among the newest additions to the bill are Corey Taylor, Evanescence, Shinedown, Death Angel, Bad Omens, Asking Alexandria, Exodus, Coheed and Cambria, Chevelle, Pierce the Veil, Black Label Society, Machine Head, The Black Dahlia Murder and Highly Suspect among others.
UPDATE (Jan. 7, 2023): Legendary thrashers Megadeth are now the 52nd act officially announced for this year's Blue Ridge Rock Festival! They're currently supporting their chart-topping newest record, 'The Sick, The Dying... And the Dead!' which made Loudwire's list of the 50 Best Rock + Metal Albums of 2022. Recent additions to the festival also include Fit for an Autopsy, Dope, Landmvrks, Bodysnatcher and Gemini Syndrome.
UPDATE: You can add the Pantera celebration to the massive 2023 Blue Ridge Rock Festival lineup. As has occurred in recent years, it's been a steady act-by-act reveal of the Blue Ridge Rock Festival bill with Pantera becoming the 21st act named to the bill. Other additions since our original story include Jinjer, Dropout Kings, The Ghost Inside, Beartooth, Escape the Fate, Born of Osiris, Tantric and CKY.
Plans for the 2023 Blue Ridge Rock Festival are already underway, with festival organizers continuing the rollout style of previous years giving near daily announcements of new acts joining the lineup. For those who've been counting, we're now up to 12 with Flyleaf becoming the latest act to join the 2023 bill.

Flyleaf will certainly draw some interest, with vocalist Lacey Sturm returning to the band for their 2023 performance at the festival. This also brings things a bit full circle for Blue Ridge organizers who kicked off this year's lineup announcements by revealing that Taproot would be reuniting for a 2023 set at the festival. There's also two other reunions of note among their early reveals for 2023 and that's Coal Chamber and Woe, Is Me taking the stage.
Providing special moments like reunions is nothing new for Blue Ridge organizers, who are also welcoming Cold for a full album set celebrating their Year of the Spider album and the live return of H.I.M. frontman Ville Valo as a solo artist.
Other newly named additions to the 2023 lineup include Finger Eleven, Adema, Senses Fail, Dayseeker, Tech N9ne and Like Moths to Flames.
