2nd Annual St. Jude Radiothon This Week

The 2nd annual St. Jude Radiothon is coming up this Thursday and Friday from 9am-7pm each day. I hope that you will take some time and listen to the stories we will play from past and current St. Jude patient families...as we tell you about the great work St. Jude is doing and has been doing for the last 50 years.

You will hear some uplifting, heartwarming stories of survival and remission. But you will also hear stories that will break your heart...stories of pain and loss. The good news is, it seems like every year there are more stories of success than there are of loss. And the one consistent theme you'll hear in these stories is HOPE. The doctors, nurses, scientists and researchers at St. Jude NEVER give up hope...and they never will. I invite you to get more facts about St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

This year is not only the 50th anniversary of St. Jude opening its doors, but it’s the 100 anniversary of the birth of the founder of St. Jude, Danny Thomas. It was his vision that brought hope to countless families that have walked through their doors.
