Win Tickets to Guns & Hoses XIII at Ford Center August 28, 2021

Lucky 13! This is the year that will break the tie. Back in 2019, at the conclusion of Guns & Hoses VII, the two teams were tied at six and six for the number of events one by both the Guns and the Hoses. 2021 will be the year to break that tie and determine who is the superior boxing team. Of course, the real winners are the wonderful nonprofits that benefit from the funds raised by the annual boxing event.

In its thirteenth year, Guns & Hoses will pair local firefighters and local police officers to square off inside the boxing ring. The boxers have been training for months and they are ready to put on a show! One of the highlight matches that will take place will put Evansville Police Officer Taylor Merris up again Evansville Firefighter Paige Jones in one of three women's matches that will take place inside Ford Center on Saturday, August 28, 2021.

Aside from the fights, this event will feature sound, light, and pyrotechnics like you would expect from a televised boxing event in Vegas. The production value alone is worth the price of admission. Tickets for the event are on sale now and can be purchased through Ticketmaster or at the Ford Center box office with all proceeds going to benefit 911 Gives Hope.
