When I was younger, I spent a lot of time at car shows with my dad and that meant eating our meals from the food trucks that were there serving everything from fountain drinks crammed with ice to corn dogs, burgers, and more.

Making Memories with Food

One of my favorite food truck meals at the car shows was always a gyro. There was just something amazing about the tender, seasoned meat wrapped up in a warm pita and topped with a heap of tzatziki.
