A lot of people say they are going to go to the gym and pay the gym fee then last a week.

A couple Harvard students, created an app for your iPhone called "Gympact." This app is designed to keep your booty in the gym. The students theory is if your money is at sake will you follow through with your work out routine.

How it works-You set a commitment of how ever many days you will go to the gym, then put up money if you don't go you have to pay. A credit card is required for this program.

Example-I plan on going to the gym 3 times a week and if I don't I lose $10 every time I miss.

You also get rewarded for going to the gym-"If you meet your Pact, you get a cash reward for each day committed, paid for by those who didn’t get to the gym! Rewards have generally been $0.50 to $0.75 per workout."

GPS will tell if you are really at the gym or not. They know when you are lying, come on they are Harvard Students they are very smart.
