Is it egotistical to make a blog post about yourself on your birthday? Maybe. But I'm gonna do it anyway.

Time to answer some questions that everyone has been dying to ask:

1. Yes. I was just born awesome.

(Me, one month old. Already way cooler than any 1991 baby at the time would ever be.)

And yes, I am aware that I was a big ass baby. My dad, still to this day, says that I just walked out of my mom holding a sandwich. And I believe him.

2. No. I've never been a quitter.

Yeah I had too much milk, but that's not gonna stop me from finishing this sweet Bambi puzzle, MOM!!

3. If it's fuzzy, I will touch it.

...Even if I'm pretty sure I'm not supposed to be touching it. (What? They can't say "no" if you just don't ask.)

4. If there is music, I am dancing. I just can't help myself.

(Me, age 6, perfecting my "Carlton".)

6. Not many people know this, but I played A LOT of sports as a kid.

I played soccer for 10 years, softball for 5, volleyball for 3, ballet for 2, gymnastics/tumbling for 6, cheerleading for 3, golf for 2, basketball for 2, and tennis for 1. (And I did band one year in high school). And you wouldn't know it by looking at me now, but I did I lot of weight training in grade school to keep me in shape for soccer. I could leg press 130 pounds in 6th grade (almost 2.5x my own weight at the time). No one messed with me.

And it all started here.

and finally

7. Yes. I've always been socially awkward.

So happy 26th Birthday to me! (I've heard it just all goes downhill from here, so I'm enjoying this day while I can.)
