Have you ever eaten at a Cheesecake Factory? If you're like me and live here in Kentucky, where there are only two locations, it's entirely possible that you haven't. And I'm not kidding. In the entire Commonwealth of Kentucky, there are only two locations- one in Louisville and one in Lexington.

However, you now have the opportunity to enjoy cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory by going to a different restaurant. Whoa! Wait? What? Uh . . . YES!

Sunday evening, I was sitting in the drive-thru at Donato's Pizza in Owensboro. I had ordered a Caprese Side Salad and a Double Bacon Pepperoni Pizza and was already thinking that I should have ordered dessert too.  Right around that time, I looked across the parking lot and noticed this sign at an adjacent restaurant.

Needless to say, that immediately caught my attention and I started to slobber like a Saint Bernard. Just call me Beethoven.

While I haven't been to The Cheesecake Factory in Louisville or Lexington, I have visited the one at The Mall at Green Hills in Nashville, Tennessee. I have ad cheesecake from there on several occasions and it's DELICIOUS! It's so delicious that I have had to learn to suppress the craving for it. After all, I am not getting in the car and driving 2 to 3 hours just to get a piece of friggin' cheesecake.

Now, I don't have to!  Like you, all I have to do is find one of these!

Long John Silver's is now serving two different varieties of cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory Bakery- their Classic Cheesecake and their Triple Chocolate Cheesecake.

I haven't tried one yet, but I found a guy on YouTube who has.

While I don't live close to Louisville or Lexington, I do live close to that Long John Silver's. In fact, it's about two minutes from my house.  That's likely going to end up being a blessing and a curse. I see Cheesecake Factory cheesecake in my future. A lot of it.
