Owensboro’s Quaran”TEEN” Bringing Christmas Cheer To EVERYONE In The Community (PHOTO GALLERY)

You may remember Carter Hoagland as the teen who brought a Quarantine Christmas to Owensboro in the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Well, he's back at it and he is making Christmas 2020 one remember.

Carter loves putting up Christmas lights.  I remember his mom posting around Christmas time in 2019 if anyone needed their lights put up he would be for hire and he still is this year.

Krista, Carter's mom said that kids have been walking on the tree farm walkway.  Two little girls enjoyed it so much that they sent Carter a note with a gift card attached to thank him for what he has done.
