Navy Ring Found Outside of Evansville VA Clinic

A ring with the Navy's symbol was found outside the VA and one good Samaritan wants to make sure it gets back to its owner! 

A ring was found outside of the Evansville VA Clinic and it looks like a Navy ring. It's gold with diamonds surrounding the Navy's symbol. There's also an anchor on each side. Cindy Stallman found it outside on the VA's grounds. She said she works for the VA's office so she has already notified them.
