Music festivals have been heavily impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak.  Unfortunately Danny Wimmer Presents has announced that they have to cancel Epicenter, Welcome to Rockville, and Sonic Temple due to government restrictions on mass gatherings of people.  While this is extremely unfortunate news for music lovers in all of us,  at least their Fall festivals will be able to continue.  Louder Than Life, Aftershock, and Bourbon and Beyond are all still scheduled.  However there is one big change.  Louder Than Life is adding a 4th day, Thursday September 17th, where Metallica will get to join the lineup once again!

The full Louder Than Life lineup has not been announced yet.  Due to the uncertainty of everything right now, DWP is going to hold off on announcing full lineups for their fall festivals.  If you have passes to Louder Than Life already, good news is your tickets cover all 4 days.

In a press release from DWP they stated:

We have also arranged for many of the bands from Sonic, Epicenter, and Rockville to play at Louder Than Life and will be announcing that as soon as we feel appropriate. Because we were not able to reschedule the Spring festivals, we want Louder Than Life to be an inclusive celebration of these festivals.  It's not a perfect solution, but these are imperfect times.  It is our sincere hope that we are all able to heal together with massive celebrations this Fall.

So judging by that statement, we can expect a STACKED lineup for Louder Than Life this year! Be sure to follow along with Louder Than Life  through their social media, and we will keep you up to date as we learn more as well.
