Joey Jordison Travels Hundreds of Miles to Adopt Cats from Iowa Shelter
When they say Rock n Roll has a heart, they mean it and and former Slipknot drummer, Joey Jordison just proved it. According to a Facebook post written by the Humane Society of North Iowa thanking him, Joey recently traveled hundreds of miles to adopt and welcome two kittens into his life from the shelter located in Mason City, Iowa.
We don't have details yet about Joey's new fur-kids other than that there are two of them but we have no doubt that they are going to be well cared for and well loved. Adopting a shelter pet is one of the most metal things you can do. In fact, I recently adopted a kitty of my own just a couple of months ago from a rescue in Louisville, Kentucky.
