Hulk Hogan Could Have Been A Member Of Metallica

If we are to believe that many parallel universes exist besides our own, just know that in one of them Hulk Hogan is the bassist for Metallica. Take a shot of your favorite liquor and let that sink in for a moment. 

According to an interview with The Sun, Hogan says that before he started wrestling he was a session musician. He goes on to claim that helped him meet Lars Ulrich, who offered him the bassist gig in Metallica.

But the Hulkster may have a clouded memory, because previously he told the Chicago Tribune that he sent a demo to Ulrich, but never heard back from them. That was back in '09 when he was promoting his book 'My Life Outside The Ring'.

How different would life be with Hogan as part of Metallica? Would we had been subjected to 'Mr. Nanny'? Would it have been Metallic-mania, instead of Hulkmania? Would the lyric had been "Give me fuel, give me fire, give me that which I desire...BROTHER!"

Perhaps this Japanese television commercial can give us a glimpse at what could have been.
