As a woman, I thought I should clear some of these problems up for you...

With more and more celebrities being accused of sexual harassment and practically shunned from their own professions now, I thought I'd clear up some "do's" and "don't's" when it comes to ladies so that you don't have to worry about losing your job because of sexual harassment.

A lot of men on the internet are confused from what I can tell. Some of them think that sexual harassment means just talking to a woman.

?

WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN SAYING TO WOMEN THAT MAKES YOU THINK THAT JUST TALKING TO THEM IS BAD?? Who raised you...?

Anyway, I have just 2 simple tricks to help you in the workplace to avoid being called into your bosses office and be accused of sexual harassment:

1. Stay away from our no-no bits.

Do not make comments about, or touch, our boobs or butts. We know they look good. We don't need your opinion about that. Our opinion is the only one that matters when it comes to how those look.
Also, this is a work environment. You should be looking at my face. The only reason you should be looking at my no-no bits is if I'm wearing t-shirt with something funny on it, or I've got something on my butt. Like, I sat in wet paint and didn't realize it. In that case, please tell me I have something on my butt so I can fix it, so that no one else will look at my paint butt.

2. Keep your own no-no bits to yourself.
While many work places work in different ways and have certain dynamics, I know the occasional 'd*ck joke' will pop out every once in a while. But an actual d*ck shouldn't. I don't care where you work. Keep it in your pants.

That's it. Those are all my rules for you.

Basically, just respect women. It's really simple...I don't know why every one is making it into a big deal...We just want to be treated like human beings.
