Opinions Wanted on Continuous Flow Intersections for the Lloyd

Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke shared a video on Facebook discussing the frustration that driving on the Lloyd Expressway can create. The Indiana Department of Transportation is trying to find a solution to make traveling between Posey County and Warrick County a smoother experience. One idea is something called Continuous Flow Intersections. Mayor Winnecke, along with the the city engineer and the chief traffic planner, made a trip over to St. Louis to experience these continuous flow intersections first hand and they took video to show you what they look like. The Indiana Department of Transportation will be hosting several public hearings giving information about the continuous flow intersections as well as offering the public to opportunity to ask questions, voice concerns or offer suggestions.
