Evansville Indiana’s Market on Main Releases Official 2023 Vendor List
A summer staple on Main Street in downtown Evansville since 2019, Market on Main is back for 2023 and they have just released their list of vendors for the season.
Market on Main Got Its Start in 2019
The Market on Main came to be after the Friday Farmers Market fell to the wayside. The Downtown Economic Improvement District recognized the impact the loss of the Farmers Market had and quickly jumped to action to launch Market on Main in the summer of 2019.
An Annual Summer Event in Evansville
It has since been an annual tradition. Taking place at the plaza in front of the Ford Center downtown, Market on Main hosts more than two dozen of local vendors and food trucks each week during the summer months. The Market on Main will open for the season on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, from 9 am through 1 pm and will continue every Wednesday through September 20th.
