Bush's Gavin Rossdale recently mentioned the band was working with Marilyn Manson guitarist and film composer Tyler Bates on a "heavy" new record, but it appears that their partnership has spilled over onto the big screen. With John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum hitting theaters this weekend, Bush are getting an extra boost with the soundtrack song "Bullet Holes."

Bates is the tying factor here with the composer working on the score for the film and deciding his two projects could fit together quite well. "'Bullet Holes’ is one of four songs Gavin Rossdale and I wrote together for the forthcoming Bush record,” says Bates. “At that time, I was working on the score for this film and once Gavin sang the chorus I felt the song would be a perfect compliment to the movie. We sent the track to the director, Chad Stahelski, and he was into it. We are very psyched that this song is now part of the John Wick world.”

The song, which is filled with plenty of tension and the grit of Rossdale's voice, can be heard as part of the Jesse Davey-directed video below. The clip melds footage from the Keanu Reeves-starring John Wick film with performance footage from Bush, as a shirtless Rossdale climbs speaker stacks and rocks out for the viewer. The song will serve as the film's end title track, so stick around after the final moments of the movie to catch it.

If you like what you hear, "Bullet Holes" can be streamed at this location. We'll keep you up to date as Bush continue work on their next album. In the meanwhile, you can catch them on tour this summer with Live and Our Lady Peace as part of "The ALT-IMATE Tour." Dates can be found here.
