A Southern-inspired menu, taking influences from Louisiana and Kentucky, greets diners at North of Bourbon, a New York Times Top 50 restaurant. The boudin balls, with Creole mustard aioli, spicy pickles, and scallions, are much talked about, with reviewers saying they’re packed with flavor.
