20 Bands NOT in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

This is a travesty...

Just because you're nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, doesn't mean you're in. That's what voting is for. And unfortunately, these bands just haven't made it (yet).

1. Bad Company

2. Alice In Chains

3. Soundgarden

4. Temple of the Dog

The fact that Chris Cornell isn't in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame yet, even though he has TWO bands that are eligible is a disgrace. (Audioslave with be eligible in 2026)

5. Megadeth

6. Ozzy Osbourne

While he is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with Black Sabbath, he isn't in it as a solo artist.

7. Pat Benatar

8. The Runaways

9. Slayer

10. Motorhead

11. Jane's Addiction

12. Def Leppard

THEY ARE NOMINATED AGAIN THIS YEAR. SO VOTE!

13. Smashing Pumpkins

14. Rage Against the Machine

ANOTHER BAND THAT'S NOMINATED AGAIN THIS YEAR!

15. The Cure

NOMINATED THIS YEAR.

16. Iron Maiden

17. Nine Inch Nails

18. Judas Priest

19. Radiohead

20. Pantera

But just because these bands aren't in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame yet, doesn't mean they never will be! You can be nominated for many years! Case in point: ALL of the nominees for this years Rock and Roll Hall of Fame are NOT first timers. They've been nominated before in years past, but didn't get enough votes.

So keep your eye out for these bands in the future, and when they get nominated again: VOTE!
