Puddle of Mudd released their debut album ten years ago. The band has come a long way since their early post-grunge style of rock. Their new C.D. is entitled "RE:(Disc)Overed, a clever way to announce that the album is full of cover songs. Here's what Wes Scanlin and the fellas took on as far as remakes:

Puddle of Mudd, ‘Re:(disc)overed’ – Track Listing (with original artist):

1. ‘Gimme Shelter’ (Rolling Stones)

2. ‘Old Man’ (Neil Young)

3. ‘T.N.T.’ (AC/DC)

4. ‘Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around’ (Tom Petty & Stevie Nicks)

5. ‘The Joker’ (Steve Miller Band)

6. ‘Everybody Wants You’ (Billy Squier)

7. ‘Rocket Man’ (Elton John)

8. ‘All Right Now’ (Free)

9. ‘Shooting Star’ (Bad Company)

10. ‘D’yer Mak’er’ (Led Zeppelin)

11. ‘Funk #49′ (James Gang)

My faves are their covers of The Stones (who I actually don't like) and Elton John (who I do!). Regardless, it's s fun and interesting album that you could win during the 103GBF Grab Bag Weekend which kicks off this Friday after 5pm. Along with the Puddle Of Mudd CD, we'll hook you up for the Hook N Shoot. Namely, we'll throw in a pair of tickets for this live MMA event 9/10 at The Coliseum!
