Calling themselves Room 4, this band's members range from ages 9 to 14, with one of them a member of the Mini Band, whom we've featured before. Watch Room 4 rock out in this video clip from 2012 as they cover a Shinedown hit!
The hits keep on coming from Shinedown 's 2012 album 'Amaryllis.' The disc has already spawned three No. 1 rock singles along with a No. 2, and the latest song to climb the charts is 'Adrenaline.' Now, you can watch the official video for the track above .
With the release of their fourth studio album ‘Amaryllis’ back in March of 2012, Shinedown have showed no signs of slowing down any time soon. The band recently premiered their latest video for the song ‘I’ll Follow You’ on VH1’s Top 20 Countdown and it can now be seen above.
Last week, Carnival of Madness revealed the arsenal of rock bands that will head up their 2013 trek including Shinedown, Papa Roach, Skillet, In This Moment and We as Human. Now, the first leg of dates and locations have been unveiled. Shinedown kicked off the inaugural run of Carnival of Madness back in 2010 and according to frontman Brent Smith are returning this year to reinvent the brand.
Shinedown and Three Days Grace may be co-headlining their current tour, but the third act on the bill isn't exactly your average opener. Veteran hard rock outfit P.O.D. has been playing alongside the two bands throughout both legs of their touring, making for a solid trifecta of rock acts. P.O.D.'s sets are making it worthwhile to get there early, and the band has enjoyed a set crossover of late with Shinedown's Zach Myers joining their performances to play their cover of U2's 'Bullet the Blue Sky.'
I have always thought that the true test of a band, singer, performer, whatever is how well he/she does live. Anyone can go in a studio and have a producer make you sound good. But can they do it when it counts? SHINEDOWN answers that question with a big fat EFF YEAH!
As far as physical professions go, being a musician is usually one of the most injury free occupations you could choose. Still, there are the occasional accidents that happen on the road and Shinedown bassist Eric Bass is feeling the effects of a performance mishap last night (March 22) in Lubbock, Texas.
There's no doubt that Shinedown's Brent Smith is a prolific writer, but it appears as though he and his hard-working band have gotten ahead of the game for their next album. Despite releasing 'Amaryllis' earlier this year, Smith reveals to NME that the band has already recorded a new album.
Musicians have to get their inspiration from somewhere, and Shinedown singer Brent Smith says he owes a debt of gratitude to the '70s television series 'The Dukes of Hazzard' and the singer of the show's theme song, Waylon Jennings, for putting him on the path to music.
Today marks a day of reflection for many as we remember the tragic 9/11 attacks in New York, Washington, D.C. and Shanksville, Pa. Amidst terrorism, there were also great acts of heroism with many sacrificing their lives to protect others.
