Tabitha hasn't had an easy life and she is looking for someone who understands what a forever home means.

Tabitha hasn't had the best start to her life but she is definitely ready to live the life she deserves with a forever home. Here is what PC Pound Puppies have to say about Ruby:

. She first came to us in 2010 after her owners left her and her puppy tied out in the freezing cold with no shelter. She was quickly adopted and then returned to us when her family’s circumstances changed.  Sadly, she was adopted again to a person who ended up neglecting her and was seized recently in a horrible hoarding case. We are so glad to have her back and have vowed to find her a home where she never has to go through being neglected again. She is well behaved and calm but very insecure and wants to be loved on by anyone who will be patient with her. At one point she was housetrained so she may need a refresher course when she gets her home.
