Would You Use Social Media to Punish Your Child? [Poll]

Seems like these days parents aren't giving their kids spankins' -  they are just humiliating them in public whether it be online or on the street.

There is a huge difference from embarrassing your kid and just plain out humiliating them. I can see 2 views on this subject - Teaching your kid a lesson and humiliating them.

I guess it is all about how you go about doing it. Posting a picture of them on their Facebook saying they will not drink again or like in the picture above have them wear a sign and walk the streets saying they will never smoke pot again.

With technology advancing the way it has been, nothing seems private anymore. Kids do need to know the difference from posting things on their Facebook from their private information to pictures of them drinking underage - or drinking for that matter. I believe they need to be taught not to put everything out there. But should parents be doing it like this???
