Join us in Downtown Newburgh, December 6 and 7th, as we turn back the clock to 1880.  There will be carolers and musicians on the street corner and even people roasting chestnuts over the open fire.  This year we have a special treat as we bring in dance to add to our impromptu sidewalk musical. -Kate Fischer, Chairman of Newburgh Celebrates Christmas

During Newburgh Celebrates Christmas, people will be dressed in period costume, there will be trolley tours with a hop on hop off shopper bus, Find the elf Scavenger Hunt, Photos with Santa, Newburgh Museum exhibit and taster of plum pudding.  Sunday evening at 5:30 pm there will be a public concert by the Castle Knight Sensations and then the lighting of the Town Christmas trees.
