Lucy & Charlie Are A Dynamic Duo [103 GBF Kitty of the Week]

There's no doubt that here at GBF we love animals and we definitely are all in agreement that rescued is our favorite breed. We've been featuring adoptable dogs for quite a while now but we felt like it was time to get a little di-puurrr-sity on GBF. We've teamed up with the Posey Humane Society in Mount Vernon to bring you an adoptable cat of the week. Each week we'll be sharing a photo of one of PHS's adoptable kitties along with some details about each cat.

Lucy and Charlie are almost a year old and they have been at the shelter together ever since they were just babies. They have never known life outside of the shelter and would love to have a warm lap and a soft bed to call their own. While a little timid at first, Lucy and Charlie warm up quickly and would no doubt thrive in a loving home. Posey Humane Society is offering both Lucy and Charlie together for an adoption fee of just $35 for the pair and they are altered, fully vetted and microchipped. Posey Humane Society has plenty of other kitties as well as lots of dogs, both young and old. Their adoption fees are $30 for cats, $50 for kittens up to 6 months old, $100 for dogs and $150 for puppies under 6 months old. The adoption fees include their microchip, spay or neuter, heartworm test and getting the animal up to date on vaccines.
