Is This Card Trick Really That Simple?

Like the old song says "do you believe in magic?" But seriously...do you? Is there such a thing as real magic, or is it all just slight of hand and misdirection? I honestly don't know how I feel about it. I know there are tricks that I can't figure out, and it really pisses me off.

Card tricks are some of my favorites. The seemingly impossible ones like when the "victim" ends up pulling the folded-up card that he/she signed out of their own back pocket. How in the world does that happen. Urgh! This trick, though, seems simple enough. The guy even tells you how to do it. I'm gonna try it this weekend and see if it's really that simple.
