Great Mugshots: State Police Arrest Local Chick for DUI and Drugs!

A  Lynnville woman is arrested on drug and alcohol charges in Gibson County. Indiana State Police say they pulled Terri Carter, 37, Tuesday night for speeding on S.R. 57.

State bvoys say further investigation revealed Carter was under the influence of alcohol.

A search of her vehicle revealed a small amount of meth and paraphernalia. Suprise!!!!

Carter was arrested and taken to the Gibson County Jail where she is currently being held on bond.

There's nothing really that unique about this story, except the mugshot that caught my eye!  Can you say 'Whacked out"? lol
