Franklin Street Closed to Traffic at Railroad Tracks

Amid what seems to be a never ending barrage of road constructions, lane restrictions & closures, Mayor Lloyd Winnecke announced that a portion of Franklin Street will be closed through Friday, May 25th as CSX continues their work on the railroad tracks. If you travel using Franklin Street, you may want to reroute yourself. Just keep in mind that there may just be orange barrels at nearly every turn.
