HealthSouth Deaconess Rehabilitation Hospital presents the Annual Health Connections Community Health Fair! over 30 agencies and non-profit groups from the healthcare community will be represented for participants to speak with. Admission is free! Deaconess Services, Bob’s Gym, SWIRCA, The Arthritis Foundation, home care agencies, and skilled nursing facilities will be on hand!
Free and reduced cost health screenings such as blood pressures, blood glucose levels, and cholesterol levels, will also be available throughout the day provided by Lab Services Group.
Light refreshments will be served and guided tours of HealthSouth Deaconess Rehabilitation Hospital will be offered to our visitors throughout the day.
Exhibitors will have door prizes at their tables and the Grand Prize Drawing given by HealthSouth Deaconess Rehab Hospital will be a Kindle Fire Tablet!
All members of the community are invited to attend!
