Check Out the Kickstarter-Funded ‘Grimm Fairy Tales’ Animated Pilot Preview
We’re living in a great new age where crowdfunding sites like Kickstarter can help creative little projects, like the ‘Veronica Mars’ movie and the wonderfully nerdy indie flick ‘Zero Charisma,’ get off the ground and into theaters and homes everywhere. The latest Kickstarter-funded project we’re excited about is the new animated adaptation of the ‘Grimm Fairy Tales’ comic.Â
Creators Jon Schnepp and Zenescope raised more than $188,000 to make a short but sweet-looking pilot presentation for the proposed animated series based on the monthly comic book. It features the voices of celebs like Robert Forster, James Urbaniak, Chris Hardwick and ‘Game of Thrones’ star Lena Headey. Check it out.
