“Canine Carnival and Mardi Paws” is Saturday!

It's the big bash on Saturday!

The much anticipated grand opening of Evansville's first NO-KILL rescue center is here!!!

The party is on Stockwell Avenue as It Takes A Village Canine Rescue welcomes you to their new rescue center and thrift shop. This event is not to be missed! Entry is FREE and open to the public (but bring your coins because there will be plenty of ways for us to try to get them from you). ;) Just a few of the things we will have are:

* Dog fashion show/cutest dog

* Face painting

* Animal Balloons

* Arts & Crafts for kids

* Photos with your pet with professional photographer

* Kissing/Cuddle booth – kiss/hug the puppy

* Silent Auction! 103GBF Donated a Staind autographed 8x10 photo!

* Police K9 demonstration

* Dog tricks/agility demonstration

* Dunking Booth!  Ron Rhodes is in the booth at 5pm.  Cool him off!!

* Carnival games for kids

* Beer garden at Stockwell Inn (adults only section; cover charge is $5 after 8 p.m.)
