’21 Jump Street’ Movie Is Way Different From the 80′s TV Show [Trailer]

If you remember the original 21 Jump Street television show (1987-1991), then you remember that is was supposed to be a serious attempt at a drama/action series. Well the new movie version, coming out on March 12th, goes in the complete opposite direction. The movie is going the comedy route.

The TV show introduced the world to a young Johnny Depp…not to mention Richard Gieco and another member of the never ending DeLuise family (Peter). The movie version gives us Chaning Tatum and a skinny Jonah Hill.

The trailer below is the red-band version, which means it’s unedited and has some definite NSFW language. It’s also super cool cause it includes Ice Cube and a little Beastie Boys.
