Ihrke has done swimwear, fashion, lingerie, fitness and runway modeling. She was a finalist in the 2011 Maxim Hometown Hotties contest and appeared in the magazine’s 2012 “Salute The Troops” issue. Ihrke was also a ring card girl for ProElite MMA fights in Moline, Ill. and Honolulu.
