We do this every Thursday in conjunction with the Evansville Police Department. We spotlight a locally wanted criminal with a felony warrant, like this week’s creepy criminal Phillip Michael Dill.  According to his felony warrant, he escaped from the safe house and has been hiding out ever since.  Apparently, he also likes to fight with police.  If you know Phillip Dill,. or see him in your neighborhood, turn him in.
