The 2012 WC Handy Blues and Barbecue Festival, taking place at both Central Park and Audubon Mill Park in Henderson, Kentucky, moves in to full swing this week with a full schedule of activities, concerts, and food for you to take advantage of.

Consider this your guide!

On Monday and Tuesday, join places like the Patio Bar and Grill, On Deck Bar and Grill, and Planter's Coffeehouse for Happy Hour starting at 5:00pm - Then on Wednesday, come hear blues from Tee Dee Young, the Mark May Band, and Mississippi Heat.

On Thursday, things get serious in the realm of food - red beans & rice, andouille sausages and other cajun food goes on sale starting at 5:30pm.

The weekend schedule begins with food and music by Blues 4U starting at noon, followed by more music and great food all weekend long.
