We’re not the first people to notice how similar Wonder Woman and Captain America: The First Avenger are. They’re both origin stories, set in the past, with an innocent hero who discovers their power, fights in an epic war (where the bad guys are actually evil monster people who are manipulating Germany), and then gets separated from their loved ones. But why do we like Wonder Woman so much, and why do we find Captain America a little lacking?
