Watch My Experiment With Cola and Milk [Video]

Okay, so maybe using the word "experiment" isn't the most accurate. It's like my kids mixing a bunch of different things and calling that an experiment. So this really isn't an experiment - more of a curiosity. What happens when you mix cola and milk?

I've seen this done several places on the internet, but I wanted to see for myself. In case you don't already know what happens, I can tell you the results are pretty amazing. I'm not exactly sure WHY it does what it does, and I'd love for someone to explain it to me.
