A beloved Indiana business announced its closure a few weeks back, but we've learned it's making a comback as a pop-up coffee shop!

We Said Good-Bye to a Boonville Small Business

It was announced in early-March that small business owner Pam Trickey was retiring, and with that news, the final days of Trickey's Brews and Bevs, the cozy coffee shop in Boonville owned by Pam, and her daughter Paige.

As someone who frequented Trickey's Brews and Bevs with friends, I was so incredibly sad to hear the news that one of our favorite local coffee shops and hangouts was set to close.

It Wasn't Meant to Be Goodbye Forever - Paige Had a Plan

With the announcement of her retirement, Pam shared that Paige was planning "some exciting new ventures in the coming weeks as she launches her own business."

Paige Launching an All New Coffee Pop-Up Shop

We have just learned that Paige has opened an all new coffee pop-up shop, simply called Trickey's, complete with an adorable new logo featuring a black cat lounging on a coffee mug.

Where to Find Trickey's Pop-Up Coffee Shop

The new pop-up coffee shop will be located, for the time being, inside Myriad Brewing Company located at 8245 High Pointe Drive in Newburgh. According to the Trickey's Facebook page, the pop-up will be held at Myriad from March 28 - June 5, 2025.

What to Expect at Trickey's Pop-Up Coffee Shop

In her post to social media, Paige shared that the pop-up has been a dream she's carried for the last year, and she is incredibly excited about the opportunity to bring it to life. A soft opening is being held this weekend, with the official opening on April 5th. Beginning April 5th, Trickey's will operate during Myriad's normal business hours.

I’ve been working hard on creating some delicious new sweets, and I’m so excited for you to try them! I will be featuring one sweet per day during my soft opening. After April 5th, I will have the full sweet offerings and I’ll be open during all of Myriad’s regular hours! Can’t wait to see you there!

Trickey's Offers a Magical Menu of Coffee and Sweets

With tasty drinks like the Castaway made with espresso, honey, coconut milk, coconut syrup, honey cold foam, and a honey and salt drizzle and yummy sweet treats like the Trickey Bar, I cannot wait to stop into the new pop-up!

Check out Trickey's on Facebook to see the latest menu offerings. There is no word yet on where Trickey's pop-up coffee shop will be located after June 5th, but we cannot wait to watch Paige and her business grow and thrive.
