Terminally Ill Teen Wants 100,000 Cards for His Birthday

Jacob Priestly has Mitochondrial Disease, which slowly shuts down parts of his body. It's not fun, and while there are treatments that slightly help, there is no cure.

Jacob is turning 15 on August 28th and has one wish: To receive 100,000 birthday cards. Jacob looks forward to his birthday every year because his favorite part is reading the cards.
