The Southwestern Indiana Regional Council on Aging (SWIRCA) invites you to help cover the cost of Evansville Firefighter, Beth Cskuas' medical bills by getting your Zumba on Saturday morning.

With springtime comes the annual Evansville Streets Alive!  It's Evansville's open street event, part of a nationwide movement to get people moving.  It's not just a street fair, though, it's much more; however, no vehicles are allowed, but if you want to bring your bicycle, skateboard or walk or dance, you're invited to do so!  This year, Evansville Streets Alive will have an additional new locat

I have always wanted to go to a Zumba class, this video makes me want to go a lot more now. I doubt I would be doing a lot of exercising though, I would probably be laughing most of the time. :)
